Three cases of alleged rape involving students have been reported this past week.
Two cases were reported at the Vunisea Police Station in Kadavu where the victim was a seven-year old boy.
The alleged incidents occurred sometimes in 2018. The complainant was allegedly raped by two students aged 14 and 16 years on two separate occasions at their village.
The suspects are both attending school in Suva and will be taken in for questioning soon.
In the third case, a senior prefect of a Primary School in Naitasiri is alleged to have raped two eight-year-old boys attending the same school on several occasions between the months of May and July this year.
The offences allegedly took place inside the school washroom on several occasions.
The matter was reported at the Vunidawa Police Station and investigations continue.
